The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 38m² 2-room apartment with a rustic feel and a large living room is located on the square in Les Orres 1800 and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Facing east and located on the second floor, it overlooks the exterior of the square, so you'll enjoy a quieter stay.
It also benefits from a heated outdoor swimming pool in the residence, a private ski box, and above all, a private parking space in the underground parking lot.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a dining/living room with sofa bed and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Enjoy a nice family evening with the raclette machine in the apartment.
Sleeping facilities include a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the separate bedroom and two 80x190cm single beds in the sleeping area.
You'll be ideally located just above the resort square, close to all the shops (restaurants, bars, convenience store with regional produce, equipment rentals, etc.) and activities or events, and just 50 m from the start of the ski and mountain bike trails.
