The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 35 m² apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has an east-facing terrace on the first floor.
You'll be ideally located just a few meters from the snow front and access to the ski slopes, as well as all the shops in the shopping area: restaurants, local produce stores, bakery, supermarket, ski rentals...
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge and all the kitchen utensils you'll need to enjoy evenings out with family and friends over a mountain speciality.
Sleeping facilities include a sleeping area with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
The bathroom has a bathtub for relaxing after your favorite activities. A separate toilet completes the bathroom.
LITTLE EXTRAS :
Enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, located directly opposite the apartment, as well as to the sauna cabins.
A private ski locker provides storage for all your winter sports equipment.
