The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This beautiful mountain-style 2-room apartment (41 m²), facing south-east and ideally located in the center of Les Orres 1800 resort, will provide you with all the comfort you need for an ideal vacation.
It opens onto an entrance hall with storage space leading to the different areas: the spacious, bright living room with two sofas, a large connected TV and an electric fireplace to warm hearts and bodies after a long day, the master double bedroom with its large storage space, TV and individual balcony, the cosy sleeping area with closet and TV, the two bathrooms, one with bathtub, and finally the separate WC.
Sleeping arrangements include a main double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed opening onto its balcony, and a sleeping area with two 80x190cm single bunk beds. The recently added 160x190cm sofa bed completes the sleeping arrangements.
This accommodation has been designed to meet all your needs, whatever the season, and is equipped with dishwasher, oven, Tassimo, filter and Italian coffee-maker, raclette machine, television in each room, and above all, bicycle hooks on the balcony and a private ski locker in the residence's ground-floor room.
Located in the heart of the 1800 ski resort, you're just 50 meters from the slopes, shops (mini-markets, bakeries, souvenir stores, etc.), restaurants and various activities organized in the resort.
