The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern layouts, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

Ideally located in the heart of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Colchiques" building, this 3-room apartment offers 36 m² of living space. With its east-facing terrace, you can take full advantage of the view of the larch forests and the slopes.
Decorated in mountain style, the apartment comprises a large living room with a 2-seater pull-out sofa bed and TV. From this room, you can access the terrace with its garden furniture for breakfasts, aperitifs, etc.
The fully-equipped kitchen area includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher for your convenience.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, there's something for everyone. The accommodation comprises a first bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 80*190cm single beds.
The bathroom, with its bathtub, will provide you with a moment of relaxation after your favorite sporting activities.
A stress-free stay! A private underground parking space and a private ski box are included with the apartment.
