Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is only open in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This 33 m² apartment sleeps 4 people. Located in Les Orres 1800, slightly set back from the shopping square, it's ideal for a quiet stay. From the west-facing balcony, you'll enjoy an unobstructed view of the Serre-Ponçon valley, promising convivial aperitifs with family or friends at sunset.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, etc.) and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete the layout.
There's also a private ski box for storing your ski equipment. You'll have easy access to the snow front and the first groomed slopes by crossing the road just outside the ski locker.
You're sure to appreciate the heated indoor swimming pool located in the heart of your residence, for lounging after days of mountain sports (open only in season, summer and winter).
For a hassle-free arrival, reserve a parking space in the residence's underground parking lot, with direct elevator access to the apartment, or contact the agency directly (extra charge and subject to availability).
