Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of its residence, facing north-east and slightly set back from the central square of the resort of Les Orres 1800 for a quiet stay.
Redecorated and newly furnished in summer 2024, it now offers sleek charm and modern comfort.

You'll be less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as from the ski slopes, and in summer just a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the first footpaths.
