SUMMARY
Recently completely renovated, this bright, modern apartment is located in a century-old building in the old part of the Triana district. Its four balconies overlooking the street give it incredible luminosity, while the complete renovation gives it a modern air. Equipped with air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, connected TV, microwave, cot, baby bath and high chair, to make your stay in Seville a comfortable one. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one in the double bedroom
THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the second floor of a century-old building in the Triana district, Seville's most unique neighborhood. The building has only 3 houses and no elevator.
It's located in a very quiet area, but very close to Seville's monumental area (just a 10-minute walk from the Torre del Oro). It's a very quiet area, as there are no noisy shops in the neighborhood.
Parking is available on a nearby street, a 4-5 minute walk from the apartment. It is a private parking lot in the basement of a building. Access and circulation inside are comfortable. The space is large (we parked a small van).
The apartment is very comfortable in every respect. It has two full bathrooms, making it ideal for couples traveling together or families. The living room and kitchen are integrated into the same space. All utensils and furniture are brand new (November 2019). The TV is a smart TV with Netflix pre-installed. If you are Netflix users, you can use your code to enjoy your series and movies.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There are enough utensils for 4 people. We have wine glasses and a dishwasher to clean the message. We will leave you tablets for the dishwasher. We also have a washer/dryer although you need to bring your own detergent.
At the entrance, there is a small closet where you can leave shoes and coats. The floor of the apartment is parquet, so it's warm and you can go barefoot.
The bedrooms are distributed around the house's corridor. The master bedroom is at the bottom of the hallway and has a private bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the beds were recently acquired (October 2019). The second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, is accessible from the corridor. The hot water production system is town gas, so it's unlimited and you won't run out of hot water.
The apartment has a hot/cold air-conditioning unit for independent units for each bedroom and living room, so you can adjust the temperature differently in each room.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
This is a residential building where people who have the right to live in harmony with visiting guests live permanently. We strongly urge you to respect the rest hours and to treat the common elements of the building with respect and care.
GUEST CARE
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That's why we're going to ask you for two favors.
1.- If you have a problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or building, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good review.
2 - If you have a problem in the city, a doubt about how to get something, you need advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help.
Our check-in team will be available throughout your stay at [hidden]. Our reception team will be waiting for you at the apartment to explain how it works, show you the parking space and give you a few tips on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They'll try to answer any questions our guests may have.
In any case, we have prepared for you a complete documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds on means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We've also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended sightseeing, taking particular account of the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a guide specifically for them. We like to do this because, in Seville, we love our city and we want to show off our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
For us, it's very important that everything is organized when you arrive, but there are always unforeseen events. Please provide us with the telephone number you are taking to Seville, as well as your e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary. It's easy to get in touch with us via WhatsApp or the Airbnb app.
Keys will be delivered between 3pm and 10pm. If you require key delivery before or after this time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For arrivals after 10:00 pm, a late check-in fee of €20 will be charged.
With the clear intention of respecting our tax obligations and Andalusian tourism regulations, and in order to guarantee the rights of our customers, we sign a rental contract that includes the conditions of your stay (price, check-in and check-out times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc.). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this Airbnb listing. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of the owner and guests in accordance with Andalusian tourism regulations. If you would like to see the contract before your arrival, please request it and we will send you a copy by e-mail.
Once your accommodation is finished, if there is no scheduled check-in on the same date, you will have time to leave the apartment and enjoy your last day in our city in greater comfort.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir river, in the historic district of Seville and in the Triana district, one of the most famous in the world, home to large pink flamingos, bullfighters and potters.
It's ideally located for Holy Week processions, the famous April fair and a bullfight.
Close to the apartment there's a Mercadona supermarket, open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. except Sundays. Very close to the apartment, there's a square where you can find 3 bars, all with good tapas and fried fish.
ADDRESSES
It's a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you might need, without having to resort to a different means of transport on your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you're close to bus, cab and metro stops.
To visit the city center, we recommend walking to the Torre del Oro. All the city's monuments can be found in this area.
The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called 'Torre del Oro' is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish, I can send you a map with directions from the bus stop to the house. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is just outside the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and runs from 4.30am to 0.00am. The fare is €4.00 per person per trip, and the journey takes around 30 minutes to the stop called 'Torre del Oro'. Cabs are more comfortable, but a little more expensive (approx. €24 - €30).
From Santa Justa station, there is no good bus connection to the apartment. There are two options for taking a cab (whatever the meter + €1.40 surcharge). The second option is: If you arrive in Seville by AVE, you should know that you have a commuter train ticket included in every ticket. Take the line that takes you to San Bernardo (one stop). When you leave the San Bernardo station, get on the metro and take the line towards city expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop, from there it's a 3-minute walk to the apartment.
