SUMMARY

This apartment, located on the San Eloy shopping street, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (5 beds) and is the ideal accommodation for any family. It has an interior patio of 30 m² exclusively for this apartment and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the 1st floor of the building and has 2 balconies overlooking Calle San Eloy. The street where it's located is pedestrian and commercial, so you'll appreciate the proximity for shopping during the day and the tranquility of the absence of vehicles and noise at night. THE APARTMENT:

We have prepared this apartment for families and groups who need an apartment with more bedrooms. It also has two full bathrooms for added comfort. It is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. Finally, we've added parking to our offer. This service is free of charge, so a refund cannot be offered if it is not used.

The apartment has a large interior patio for the exclusive use of this apartment, where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in complete privacy but outside. The bedrooms face this large patio, so they are very quiet. The living room and dining room face the street and have two balconies with large windows that let in wonderful light. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: 3 facing the patio and the fourth facing the front of the building. The 4 bedrooms have 6 beds, two doubles and 4 singles.

The living room is divided into two areas: the dining area and the TV area. The dining room is prepared for eight guests at a comfortable, spacious table. The TV area has a sofa. In the large patio, there are tables and chairs for 8 people and it's an ideal place to talk and chat with family and[hidden] the apartment also has a large entrance hall, where you can leave your shoes, coats, backpacks, etc., and thus be able to maintain order during your sé[hidden] kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood, large fridge, kettle, coffee maker, etc.[hidden]. The building is located in a very quiet and safe pedestrian street at night, although during the day it is very lively, with a few restaurants, stores, supermarkets, cafés, etc. Everything is within easy reach. Everything within easy reach.



SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

One of the attractions of this apartment is the private patio it has inside. We've set up a table and chairs so you can use the patio to eat or be with family and friends. The patio is for the exclusive use of our guests, so you won't be sharing it with anyone else.

The apartment has unlimited fiber WIFI at a speed of 100Mb. The router is located under the desk. So if you need a stable Ethernet connection for business purposes, you can connect directly to the router.

We have hot/cold air conditioning in the dining/living room and in each of the bedrooms. It's independent in each zone, so each user can program the temperature that suits them best.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We leave them in the bedroom wardrobes. The wardrobes are spacious and you can leave your clothes there. The bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo and body cleanser. Hair dryer also available.

Guests will have access to the entire property and will have two sets of keys during their stay. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

We have no problem if you arrive after 22:00, but if you arrive after 22:00, you must keep in mind that there is a small surcharge of € 20.00 which must be paid in cash on arrival to our staff at reception.

The included parking space is located in a neighboring building (approx. 75-100 meters away. It can be accessed via Calle San Eloy, which is pedestrianized, so we'll send you documentation accrediting the parking lot so you can access it. Parking lots in the center of Seville are rare and many (like the one we offer) are over 50 years old, so their ramps, bends, etc. may require more maneuvering than in public or more modern parking lots, so we ask you to follow our instructions and recommendations. THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Calle San Eloy is and always has been one of Seville's busiest pedestrian streets. The street breathes during opening hours, and the bars and restaurants on this street are among the most traditional in the city, such as the famous Patio San Eloy or the San Eloy Cupboard. However, the stores as well as the bars and restaurants are not noisy, as they are not bars or discos, but only places to eat or dine. The street is pedestrianized. There are numerous clothes stores and a supermarket on Calle San Eloy and nearby, open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (including Sundays).

You can find fashion stores, breakfast logaries (bakeries), ice cream parlors, rice takeaways, supermarkets, etc. Everything you need.

Just off Calle San Eloy is the Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, where public buses arrive. Here, passengers can take the 32 bus directly to the Santa Justa train station, and from there to the airport on the EA bus.





ADDRESSES

The city's most important monuments are just a 15-minute walk away. However, for those who prefer to use public transport, just 100 meters away, in Plaza del Duque, there's a C5 bus stop that links the building to all the city's monuments (Casa Pilatos, Iglesia del Salvador, Cathedral and Giralda, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Palacio San Telmo, Plaza de España, Alcázar, Museum of Fine Arts, Alameda de Hércules, Fair Street Market, Church of San Luis de los Franceses and Metropol Parasol).

There are several public parking lots in the immediate vicinity, such as 'SABA plaza de la concordia' or 'parking Magdalena' or 'parking Plaza Nueva'. The latter is the least expensive, at around €19.00 per day. I also recommend the Arenal parking lot, where you can reserve your space at [hidden].

From the airport, there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you're going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest), you need to take the bus from the airport to the Santa Justa train station. There's only one bus from the airport, called EA, which stops just outside the arrivals area. It runs every 23 minutes from 4.30am to 0.00am. The fare is €4.00 per person per trip, and the journey takes around 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. Tickets can be purchased on the same bus.

At Santa Justa station, get off and look for bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters away on the opposite side of the station. Take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The fare is €1.40 per person. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver. You should get off at the last stop on Plaza del Duque and walk about 3 minutes along Calle Silencio to Calle San Eloy 25. You'll find a photo of the building's facade in the advert.

The second (more expensive but more comfortable) way to get from the airport to the apartment is by cab. A fee is charged for journeys from the airport to any point in Seville (Monday to Friday €22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays €24.5). Supplements may be charged for luggage, although this is not usual).

We have recently concluded an agreement with a transport service to offer a shuttle service from the airport. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate at Seville airport and will take you directly to the apartment. He knows where the apartment is and would let us know as soon as you arrive so that we can be waiting at the apartment door. All we need to know is the flight number, landing time and the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to that of a cab in the airport queue (€30 for a transfer for 4 passengers and €60.00 for a minibus transfer for up to 6 passengers) but a little more comfortable. If you wish, I can book it for you.
