Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is only open in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This beautiful, completely redecorated 4-room apartment has 63 m² of duplex floor space. Facing south-west, it is set back slightly from the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the large Balcon des Airelles residence, for a quiet stay just a stone's throw from the ski slopes.
Suitable for 8 people, this apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a nicely furnished living room with a sofa bed that converts into a 140 x 190 cm double bed, and a dining room that can accommodate up to 8 guests for pleasant moments with family or friends, around a mountain speciality.
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped: oven, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner. You'll want for nothing!
Sleeping facilities include three bedrooms, two with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one with two single bunk beds (80 x 190 cm). For a comfortable vacation, you'll enjoy two bathrooms with bathtub, two separate WCs and a balcony with a view of the larch forest and surrounding mountains.
There's also a heated indoor swimming pool to relax in after a day of mountain sports.
You'll be less than 200 meters from all amenities: supermarket, restaurant, souvenir and local produce store... but also very close to ski and mountain bike trails, and hiking paths.
