Arranged over two floors, with a sunny roof terrace this semi-detached modern villa comfortably sleeps six guests. Quietly located in a new residential area on the outskirts of the village of Matino, the property is ideally situated to explore the Salento peninsula and a short 20-minute drive from Gallipoli’s beaches and lively nightlife.
The property is accessed at the front via a small paved private garden. Inside, guests will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas, a digital flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table for six. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge freezer.

The picturesque village of Matino is located a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Gallipoli, including Baia Verde and Punta della Suina.
Popular excursions in the area include; a trip to Santa Maria di Leuca (a 35-minute drive), the picturesque coastal town at the southernmost tip of Italy, a visit to the historic town of Ugento (a 20-minute drive) known for its Baroque-style cathedral and castle or a day relaxing at the picturesque seaside town of Santa Cesarea Terme where visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town's thermal spas (a 45-minute drive away).
The town of Casarano, known for its traditional crafts, including pottery and ceramics is also worth visiting and only a 10-minute drive away from the accommodation. Guests will find several grocery stores and restaurants nearby where they can enjoy local pasta specialities and regional wines.
The closest international airport is Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS) approximately a one hour and 15-minute drive from the accommodation. A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
