In the heart of the vineyards, near Colmar, at the foot of the Schauenberg massif.
It offers 30 m² on 2 levels, with exposed half-timbering and alcove bed.
Second floor: entrance, fitted kitchenette (oven/microwave combo, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, fridge), dining area.
Flat-screen TV
1.60x1.90m bed in 4m² alcove.
Ground floor: clothes cupboard, washing machine area, bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and WC.
Small terrace for outdoor meals.
Quiet cul-de-sac. Cycling and hiking trails from the gîte. Unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility due to stairs.
For your comfort, the gîte was air-conditioned in 2022.
Cleaning charge €20.
Towels and household linen not supplied, available on request.
