Luxurious and newly built Villa Mara is located in Zaton near Zadar, only 50 m away from the sea. The house is a perfect for all guests who want to spend their holiday on the beautiful sandy beaches of Zaton whilst enjoying the rich gastronomic offer, summer program and historical heritage of the region.
This luxurious villa Mara provides accommodation for a total of 6+2 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with shower cabins. Each bedroom features a SAT-TV. One of the bedrooms is also equipped a massage bathtub, adding to the luxurious feel of the interior. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room for family gatherings or relaxing with friends, equipped with SAT-TV and Surround system. The yard, fully fenced by grove and stone, features a beautiful, heated pool (35m2) surrounded by 8 sun loungers. The offer of the house includes a children's playground for the youngest guests, an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna for your maximum comfort. Private parking under video surveillance for three cars is also included in the luxurious offer of the villa.
