LA TRANCHE SUR MER, town center, carefully renovated country house, benefiting from an exceptional beach-shopping location, with enclosed parking for 2 cars. A lovely living room of approx. 40 m2 . 1 separate kitchen - equipped laboratory, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). and 1 bedroom with 2 0.90 beds. The bedrooms are adjoining, but have independent access. A bathroom with bath, washbasin and separate toilet. A south-facing terrace and a second north-facing terrace, each with garden furniture.
Facilities: TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 double sofa bed, 4 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Location: approx. 500 m from the main beach and 200 m from shops and the market twice a week.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning upon reservation 60 euros.
Please provide proof of civil liability insurance with holiday clause. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
