The breathtaking sea view it offers is the first thing that will enchant you about the spacious beautiful Villa Lubey, near Zadar in Dalmatia, with its 500m2 of space. Situated on a hill, it gives a beautiful overview of the surroundings. It consists of 2 almost identical units (connected internally), one with 4 charming en-suite bedrooms and one with 2 charming en-suite bedrooms, each with kitchen, dining area and living room, spread over 2 levels.
In addition, there is an underground level with a kitchenette, plenty of space for dinners or celebrations and an additional bathroom. While swimming in the private pool you can watch the beautiful sunset over the sea.
In addition to the cultural and historical attractions, Dalmatia offers a unique restaurant culture that cannot be found anywhere else in Europe. This part of Dalmatia is home to some of the most beautiful national and nature parks in this part of Europe. Nearby are 2 nature parks - Telaica, Northern Velebit and Lake Vrana and 5 national parks - Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati, Krka and Northern Velebit.
