This modern one-storey house impresses with its simplicity and leaves nothing to be desired. With a total of 3 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. These are complemented by a living room with dining area, although the real jewel of the villa lies in the kitchen overlooking the sea. Well who wouldn't want to cook here :)

The combination of the sea, the Velebit mountain, the Mediterranean vegetation and the Zrmanja river with its canyons creates a favorable climate with many sunny days. Fresh air is especially beneficial for people with heart and respiratory problems. In addition to the health benefits, there are a handful of historical and cultural treasures worth exploring. Apart from the proximity to the sea (the villa is located only 200 m from the first beach), you are surrounded by national parks and nature parks, and the city of Zadar (approx. 35 km) cannot be described in words - you simply have to visit it, in its uniqueness and age over 3,000 years.
