This charming house is located in Mont-Saint-Aignan, in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a 400m² enclosed garden and a south-facing terrace.
Local shops (bakery, tobacconist, brewery, pharmacy) are just 100m away on foot, and Rouen is about 5 minutes away by car. You'll appreciate the calm of the location, the comfort of the facilities and the brightness of the rooms overlooking the enclosed garden. The gîte can accommodate up to 4 people, with a high-quality sofa bed in the living room and a large double bed (160x200cm) in the bedroom/dining room. The property is equipped with an alarm and image recording system. The alarm and image recording are deactivated during your stay. Only the door leading to the upper floors (not accessible, unoccupied floor) remains permanently alarmed.
