The traditional stone villa Kazun in Istria is a family villa for up to 8 guests. The villa was named after the typical Istrian and unspoilt stone house called Kaun in the backyard of the villa. Villa Kazun with all its decor and untouched elements is a wonderful getaway for those looking for a holiday home that is different from the 'standard' ones. The villa has a beautiful outdoor area, the highlight of which is undoubtedly the private pool. On hot summer days, children can play and seek refreshment all day long, while parents can enjoy the sun's rays while relaxing on sun loungers and resting completely. The charcoal grill can be used to prepare excellent dishes for cosy dinners, which you can enjoy in good company at the covered outdoor dining table. On the ground floor of Villa Kazun there is a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms and bedrooms are located on the first floor of this villa. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and an additional single bed. These 2 mentioned bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the 3rd bedroom with a double bed is not air-conditioned. On this floor, guests will also find 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
