If you enter the interior of the villa from the pool area, you will find the 1st floor with an open, tastefully furnished living and dining area which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. The interior with a total of 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a studio apartment with kitchen and living area with pull-out couch and a bathroom. Each of the stylishly furnished bedrooms has a balcony and sea view. There is a fitness room in the basement.Villa Grotta Opatija is located above the famous coastal town of Opatija. Opatija has been an attractive tourist destination for a long time. Numerous monuments in honor of notable personalities who have visited Opatija can be found here. The 12 km long Lungomare coastal promenade is particularly popular with guests in Opatija. The best way to get to know the area is by walking through Lungo Mare, which connects Volosko, a charming little fishing village, with Lovran, the nearest town to Icici. Lungo Mare is perfect for romantic evening strolls with views of the picturesque sunset. Along the Kvarner Bay you will find a variety of beautiful beaches. After a long day of sunbathing and sightseeing, explore Opatija's restaurant offerings and sample the local cuisine. You will immediately understand why Opatija is called the Pearl of the Adriatic. If you want to discover more than the immediate surroundings, you should visit at least one of the beautiful islands in the Kvarner Bay - Cres, Losinj and Krk.
