This luxurious villa will enchant you with its beautiful, well-thought-out design, inviting private pool and numerous entertainment options, as well as its convenient location just outside Pula. This spectacular 410 square meter villa offers a stylish and modern vacation where an active and relaxing vacation are perfectly combined. The tastefully decorated interior of the villa consists of an elegant open plan first floor with a living/dining area and kitchen, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. From both the living area and the bedroom, you have direct access to the beautiful outdoor area and private pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A covered dining area offers the opportunity to dine al fresco. There is also a pool table and table soccer as well as a lounge area, perfect for taking a break during the day or in the evening.
Three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the second floor, where there is also a Finnish sauna. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning.
From 2020, you will also have a shared basketball and tennis court with Villa Unique at your disposal.Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times. Today it is the sixth largest amphitheater in the world. Pula offers great opportunities for vacationers. You should also definitely visit the city's surroundings - the lush green landscape of southern Istria, the beautiful surrounding beaches, the Kamenjak Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park
