The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun. An outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue is available on the terrace. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine.

In the nearby harbour there is an excellently equipped diving centre for both beginners and advanced divers. Here you can discover old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves and cliffs.
Villa Agneza is only a short drive from the sea (3 km): perfect for enjoying the beach and the blue Adriatic.
