This beautiful 3-bedroom villa is located in the small village of Peroj, less than a kilometer from the nearest pebble beach and close to Pula and its famous amphitheatre. Villa Martini offers accommodation for 6 people and has a private pool where you can refresh yourself on sunny days. Entering the villa from the pool side and the covered terrace, you will find an open concept space divided into a living room with satellite TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything for preparing your meals during your stay. Each bedroom has a double bed, a TV and air conditioning, as well as its own bathroom. This gives you the comfort you need to make your stay even more pleasant and carefree. The villa is fully fenced and has 2 private parking spaces.

Peroj is close to the picturesque town of Fazana and is about 10 km from the 3000 year old city of Pula. From Fazana it is quite easy to reach the only national park in Istria and the so-called 'heaven on earth', the Brijuni Island National Park. - the Brijuni Island National Park. This archipelago of 14 islands offers a unique natural environment for rare and rich flora and fauna. Fazana, on the other hand, is famous as a place with a long fishing tradition and for its sardines, which are an unavoidable delicacy here! Less than half an hour's drive from Peroj you can reach the largest city in Istria - Pula with its symbolic Arena, the sixth largest Roman amphitheater in the world.
