Beautiful Villa with private pool near Muro, and capacity for 16 people.

The house, distributed over two floors and covered with the characteristic Mallorcan stone, houses a luxurious and surprising living room with several sofas and armchairs. Through sliding doors, you enter a rustic-style living room that leads to the kitchen, which retains its Mallorcan charm.

On the same floor, there is a double room with a private bathroom that includes a shower. On the upper floor, there are four additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bathtub. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and one has a double bed. All rooms have satellite television

Adjacent to the pool, there are three additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, as well as closets or dressing rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds.

Without a doubt, its exterior stands out, where the 10 x 4 meter pool is located and surrounded by a beautiful garden full of trees and exquisite plants. Several terraces and a charming porch offer the perfect setting to relax, enjoy delicious barbecues or share a generous breakfast with friends and family. The barbecue area has a large built-in grill and comfortable seating. Additionally, 12 single and 2 double sun loungers are provided for sunbathing. You can also enjoy a nice meal in the loft located next to the pool. It is important to note that the villa is surrounded by other houses.

The villa is located near a road that connects the town of Muro with Can Picafort. In Muro, you will find a supermarket, a gas station and some bars and restaurants. Just 15 minutes by car is Can Picafort, a lively town with a wide variety of services, shops and restaurants. The fine sandy beach is ideal for families and numerous beach bars offer delicious cocktails and food. During spring and autumn, the area is perfect for cycling and hiking. In fact, there is a bicycle available on the property for your use.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold central air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

- The owner offers customers an ensaimada (the most typical sweet in Mallorca), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).- The property has a bicycle storage room protected with an alarm. Under petition.

In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires extra reinforcement for cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

- Any breakage that occurs by the client (glass, electronic devices, etc...) will be the client's responsibility.
