Kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry room, dining area and living area are on the ground floor with great views of the garden. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, among others. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. For the privacy and safety of the children, the garden is secured with a hedge and a fence. The holiday home has a private parking space for 3 cars and Villa Jadranka is located in Bibinje, 5 km south of Zadar on the way to Biograd. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, this region is a favourite destination for tourists from all over the world. The location of the holiday villa offers a perfect balance between a peaceful holiday and entertainment away from the hustle and bustle of the city and large tourist crowds. All major Dalmatian cities and their culturally valuable communities are within easy reach.
