The house is ideal for a family or friends vacation. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and its own private bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests.
For those looking to relax and rejuvenate, the house offers as an option (€150 extra) a wellness area with a massage room for an extra relaxing experience, upstairs there's a relaxation room, an outdoor spa for up to 6 people and an outdoor sauna.
There's a pleasant terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the fine weather. In addition, there's a petanque court for outdoor games to keep you entertained.
This renovated townhouse is the ideal place for a memorable vacation, whether with family or friends. On the first floor, a living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), open-plan dressing room and en-suite shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with two single beds 90x190 cm (convertible into a 180x190 cm bed) and the other with a double bed 140x190 cm, separate wc.
A 150 m² courtyard with outdoor terraces featuring tables for 6, barbecue, plancha, garden furniture and awning. A garden with terrace and sun loungers, petanque court and swing for children. A relaxation area with a 6-seater outdoor spa and outdoor sauna is available at an additional cost of €150.
A massage room and a relaxation room upstairs are also available as options.
Parking for 2 vehicles in enclosed courtyard + 1 bicycle room (with workshop) containing 4 adult bicycles available.
