We welcome you to our modern, spacious gîte. A large living room opening onto a terrace and a lush garden invites you to relax. The bright, modern kitchen offers all the facilities you need for your stay. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation comprises a large kitchen, living room, shower room and separate toilet. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two single beds. The house is all on one level. At the front of the house, you have a gated courtyard where you can park (≈500m²). To the rear, a small unfenced garden with private terrace (≈300m²).
All-inclusive rates include: bed linen (beds made up on arrival) and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a proper state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasonable and sensible consumption (16Kwh/day) - any large overruns will be settled on site with the owners.
