This exceptional villa is located in the small, beautiful town of Fazana, just a stone's throw from Pula and the Brijuni National Park. Villa Matia sleeps up to 8 people in four beautifully furnished bedrooms. The beautifully furnished open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with rustic elements, a dining area and a bright living area. On the ground floor you will also find a well-appointed bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find the other three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From one bedroom you have direct access to a small terrace, a private place from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. If you like to spend your time outside, the outdoor area is the perfect place. In front of the house you will find an inviting pool area and sun loungers where you can relax with a cold drink on warm summer days. Villa Matia offers a small wellness room next to the main house where you can simply relax in the sauna. The outdoor area also has a covered dining area, perfect for a family gathering, and a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. While you dine with your friends, your children can play on the large lawn and children's playground. Villa Matia offers you many opportunities to stay active. Here you will find table tennis, darts, but also 4 bicycles with which you can discover the wider area. This charming villa is the perfect place for a family holiday, where you can relax but also stay active while exploring the hidden treasures of Istria.Fazana: There is a heartbeat in this stone nest, pride in the long fishing tradition and joy in the atmosphere at the first handshake, where every guest becomes a neighbour and friend and thus part of a big family! The town of Fazana, located near Pula, with its beaches, pine forests, beach boulevards and seaside restaurants, is the perfect place for relaxation and fun: It is also the starting harbour for the islands of Brijuni the national park with the attributes of an earthly paradise. The magic once felt by the poet and film director Pier Paolo Pasolini is a testimony to the spontaneous way of life, the renowned hospitality and a warm welcome!
