This typical mountain chalet of 260m² with its large central fireplace in the living room and its stone walls is composed as follows:
On the first floor, a small independent apartment with 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet and a small kitchen.
On the same level, but independent, is a dormitory with four single beds and a shower room with WC.
Passing through the hall, you reach the first level, where there are three bedrooms with two shower rooms and an independent toilet, as well as a huge living room with two large picture windows overlooking the mountains and slopes, and a large balcony.

The entrance hall and laundry room are shared by both apartments.
This spacious chalet is in a quiet location 250 meters from the Mont-Rond ski slopes.
