The beautiful Villa Terrarossa Katelir is a great choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in Istria. The villa is located in a small village Kastelir, which is only 10 kilometres away from the tourist gem Porec. When you see this imposing building, you will certainly not remain indifferent. The villa is surrounded by a carefully landscaped Mediterranean-style garden with local vegetation. In addition to the terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and two swimming pools. The larger one is 55 square metres and the smaller one is 12. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool are a good choice if you need peace and relaxation or just want to enjoy a cold drink with your favourite book. Next to the terrace is a covered outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare a delicious meal. The villa itself is built from natural materials and sleeps a total of 10 guests in four bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, a shared toilet, an open-plan living area with dining room. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in each of the two junior suites. The terrace on the first floor offers a marvellous view of the vineyards and olive groves for which the small village is famous. Those who want to stay active on holiday will certainly spend some of their time in the cellar. There is a fitness room and a sauna as well as a kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. Villa Terrarossa Katelir is located in the town of the same name, Katelir, which is only 10 kilometres from Porec. Kastelir is located on the west coast of Istria and is an ideal destination for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. The small village is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, so it is not surprising that you can taste and buy very tasty and high quality olive oil and wine there. Many inhabitants work in agriculture, which naturally has an impact on the excellent gastronomic offer. The basilica is located in the centre of the town and will not be difficult to find ;).
