The beautiful panoramic view will certainly put you at peace. The heart of the villa, however, is the refreshing 61m2 outdoor pool, where you will probably spend most of your well-deserved vacation. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax while being pampered by the Istrian sun. The barbecue area is ideal for putting your grilling skills to the test and enjoying delicious meals of local specialties with family and friends.
Step into the rustic, high-quality interior of the villa. Elements of stone and wood give the entire living area a very cozy feel, yet you will appreciate the modern technology. Next to the living area, you will find a professional, fully equipped kitchen and a chic dining area.
On the same level, you can be active in the fitness area or enjoy the sauna with a view. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. For the children - big and small - a games console offers additional fun.
5 cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds, located on the upper floor, promise restful nights. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and TV.
A homemade breakfast is available on request and every Tuesday it is possible to prepare a homemade dinner on request. Please contact us for more information.

In these two villages you will also find all the amenities you need on vacation: Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and supermarkets. The nearest sandy beach is Kanegra beach, about 22 km north of Umag. To get to know the region better, we recommend trips to the coastal towns of Umag - famous for the ATP tennis tournament - and Novigrad, as well as to the more rural towns of Buje or Motovun - known for its annual film festival. Discover the region by hiking or cycling and enjoy the nature that lies at your feet.
