The beautiful Villa Biba Ranch with private pool is located near the towns of Pula and Medulin. It can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The breathtaking location of this villa surrounded by olive groves and close to the sea will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The traditional flair, the magnificent sea view and being surrounded by unspoiled nature are just some of the plus points of this charming vacation home that will make you want to stay.
On the first floor, you will find a shared living, cooking and dining area with a large fireplace. It is furnished with great attention to detail and exudes the warmth and coziness you need to enjoy your well-deserved vacation. A bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor, while upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom with shower.

Treat yourself to a cup of coffee in the morning and greet the day in the beautiful outdoor dining area or on one of the sun loungers. You and your family are sure to have fun playing table soccer or darts and if you're feeling even more sporty, you can play a game of table tennis, organize a family volleyball match or play a game of boccia, a popular sport in this part of EuropeIn the depths of a bay, sheltered from cold winds and soothed by the shade of trees, lies Pomer. Calm and relaxed, Pomer is a place of memories that come back to the coast with every new wave. The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise. Its blueness hides a wealth of flavors and fragrances that it has so generously provided for thousands of years. Once a mussel farm, it is now known for its marina. Pomer is located in a well-protected part of the Medulin bay. In summer, folk festivals are organized, as well as chamber music concerts in churches. Following the fishing tradition, there are several well-known fish restaurants. There you can also find a store, bakery and other amenities. The small fishing village has preserved its tranquillity and has remained quiet to this day. The beach is pebbly and rocky, offering peace and relaxation for everyone, whether in the sun or in the natural shade of the pine trees.
