Cocoonr Agency offers you this superb, fully refurbished souplex apartment is located in a quiet street next to the renowned Hôtel du Dragon. You can take advantage of its proximity to the waterfront to stroll along the River Ill and dine in the famous restaurants of the Petite France district (a UNESCO World Heritage site). You'll particularly appreciate the coolness of the apartment in summer! The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to six people (2 double beds and a sofa bed for 2).

Transport links :
- Close to public transport, just 200 m from the "Saint Nicolas" bus stop and 350m from the "Porte de l'Hôpital" streetcar stop. Both allow you to reach the station in around fifteen minutes.
- Parking is difficult in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (few spaces and high rates). Public parking lot "Centre Historique Petite France" is a 12-minute walk away.
