Outside this property you will find an elevated chlorine pool measuring 4 m long by 2.40 m wide and 1.20 m deep where you can cool off after a day of exploring the island. It is a perfect space for sunbathing and an aperitif at the outdoor table, from where you can enjoy the surrounding natural landscape. Please note that there are nearby neighbors.
The house is distributed on one floor and all its rooms have AC. Inside you will have a living room with Smart TV and a wood stove. The kitchen, which has a gas stove, is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. To rest, they have two bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, with a shower. Additionally, you will find another bathroom also with a shower. They will be able to have a washing machine, ironing board and iron during their stay. Additionally, if you travel with a baby, you will have a crib and high chair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
