Apartment block. In the centre of Almería, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea. Public parking 50 m extra. Restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 130 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach "San Miguel" 1.5 km. Children's playground 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
