The Parc des Airelles residence is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, ideally situated on the snow front, allowing ski-in ski-out departures and returns.
Slightly set back from the central square of Les Orres, you'll be able to enjoy your vacation in complete peace of mind.
You'll be just a few meters from the departure points for hiking, snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails, and 50 meters from the main square of Les Orres 1800, where you can take part in a wide range of activities, and where you'll find restaurants, bars, a mini-market, a delicatessen, a press and a laundrette.
You'll also have access to the heated indoor swimming pool in the Balcon des Airelles residence just across the street. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
This beautiful east-facing 3-room duplex apartment offers a breathtaking view of the slopes from the 3rd floor of its residence, and can accommodate a large family or a group of friends.
It opens onto an entrance hall with storage space, a bathroom, separate WC, access to the first floor, then onto the living room with kitchenette and balcony.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with toilet and washbasin.
Sleeping arrangements include a 160 x 190 cm double bed in the first bedroom, a 160 x 190 cm double bed and 80 x 190 cm bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a second 80 x 190 cm bunk bed in the sleeping area. A 140 x 190 cm sofa-bed in the living area completes the sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 10 people.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including pod coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine, electric crepe maker, etc.
You'll be right in the center of Les Orres 1800, in front of the tourist office, ESF and ski lift ticket offices, and at the foot of the slopes. The day nursery and snow garden are also just a few steps away, as are all the shops, restaurants and equipment rentals.
Take advantage of the residence's heated indoor swimming pool, as well as a private ski locker and parking space to make your vacation a breeze.
