Villa San Vincenti is a newly built, modern holiday home with heated pool and wellness area, just a short drive from the lively town of Pore and its stunning beaches. In the fenced garden you will find a swimming pool with a counter-current system, which is ideal for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The outdoor area is equipped with four sun loungers, two parasols, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue for perfect al fresco dining. An outdoor hot tub adds a touch of luxury, while two car parking spaces make your stay convenient. Kadumi offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature and perfect for those seeking relaxation. Just minutes away, the town of Pore offers a vibrant mix of history and culture, from the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Euphrasian Basilica to its bustling marina and beautiful pebble beaches. Villa San Vincenti offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Istria. NOTE: The pool can be heated until 1 November and from 1 May. Charging of electric cars is possible with prior notice. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger.
