This 27 m² studio on the first floor comprises a sleeping area with bunk beds (NB: The upper bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6), a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen area opening onto the living area with a large bay window overlooking the lawn area, a shower room and a separate toilet.
This apartment is ideally located for your skiing days; at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 meters from the ESF, 50 meters from the lift ticket offices and 100 meters from the center and shops.
A private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available in summer.
A large parking area with free parking space is available at the foot of the residence. A ski locker is also available.
