Space
As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a wide entrance hall leading directly into a spacious living-dining room, ideal for convivial meals and moments of relaxation. This room opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Vienne River, offering a splendid panorama and the perfect setting for relaxing while admiring the scenery. Adjacent to this living area is a spacious, open kitchen with a central island, perfect for concocting your favorite dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, microwave oven, hob, kettle, elegant DELONGHI coffee maker and all the utensils you need for culinary comfort.
Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, each with a desk area and a large closet for storing your personal belongings. The double-bedded rooms are furnished with quality comforters, pillows and bed linen to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll also have access to two shower rooms, one of which is equipped with a toilet. Towels are provided to lighten your luggage. Separate toilets are also available for your convenience.
Access
Travelers will have access to the whole of this part of the apartment. There is also a garden, which is shared with the apartment below.

The house is close to the city center and all necessary amenities, including a Lidl, a pharmacy, a bakery, and Grand Frais, all about 5 minutes away by car. The CHU and Mother and Child Hospital are also nearby.
Transit
You'll be about ten minutes by car from the city center, 12 minutes from the Bénédictins train station, and 15 minutes from Limoges Bellegarde airport. By bus, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center. The "Isle Centre" bus stop is a 9-minute walk away, from where you can take line 12 "ISLE L. Aragon CONDAT sur VIENNE Versanas" into town.
