Stay in Marseille, in the heart of the historic Panier district, in this beautiful 53 m2 duplex apartment entirely renovated by an architect. You'll love our apartment's magnificent south-facing terrace and proximity to the Old Port.
Space
Our 53m2 duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an old building in the Rue du Panier. It comprises a beautiful living room opening onto a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and utensils for cooking during your stay. The upstairs living room is equipped with a TV and a large sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 people, and opens onto a magnificent south-facing terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Panier district, where you can soak up the sun. The bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Price includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for bed linen and towels, which must be paid after booking.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

Arrival: Between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm
Departure : Before 10:00 am
On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
