Stay in the heart of Marseille, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Old Port and the famous Panier district, in this 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a Haussmann-style building.
Space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Haussmann-style building with elevator, and comprises a pleasant living area opening onto a fully-equipped, modern and functional kitchen where you can cook with all the necessary equipment. Bright and relaxing, the living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional people. The bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a dressing room for storing your belongings during your stay.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Price includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for bed linen and towels, which must be paid after booking.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

Arrival in the accommodation is self check-in.
The accommodation will only be available from 3:00 p.m. and we recommend that you arrive before 10:00 p.m. in order to benefit from the assistance of our concierge in the event of difficulties upon arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
