70 m2 luxury apartment on the 4th floor with elevator of a Marseille building, with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The apartment is close to the Palais Longchamp, St-Charles train station and the Old Port.
Space
The 74m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a typical Marseille building with elevator, and features a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all cooking utensils. You're sure to enjoy the sunshine and breakfast on our balcony! The sleeping area features a first bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room for storing your belongings during your stay, and the second bedroom with two single beds.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
