Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille in our modern apartment on the famous pedestrian street, rue Saint Ferréol. Enjoy this bubble of calm close to the Old Port, St-Charles train station and Cours Julien.
Space
This magnificent, fully-equipped, refurbished 32 m2 apartment is located on Rue Saint-Ferreol (pedestrian street) on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a luxury building. The apartment comprises a living area with a cosy lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing area for storing your belongings during your stay. There's also a small balcony overlooking rue Saint-Ferréol.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Price includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for bed linen and towels, which must be paid after booking.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
