Stay in the heart of Marseille, on the Old Port, in our 55 m2 apartment in a contemporary loft style with air conditioning. You'll appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille.
Space
Our 55m2 apartment, located on rue Fortia on the 2nd floor (no elevator), features a bright and beautiful living room entirely refurbished in a contemporary loft style. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to cook during your stay. You'll appreciate the shared outdoor terrace to soak up the sun and enjoy breakfast. The sleeping area is equipped with a large double bed and a dressing room for storing your belongings during your stay. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
