Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille in our 24 m2 studio apartment. You'll appreciate our accommodation for its immediate proximity to Marseille's Old Port, Cours Julien and Notre Dame du Mont.

Space
Our 24 m2 studio, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a Marseille building, offers a bright, spacious living room with sofa bed, and a functional kitchen with fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Ideally located in the heart of Marseille, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Old Port. Pay parking is available nearby for your vehicle.

To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.



To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
