Stay in the heart of Marseille in this bright 25 m2 studio with 1 bedroom and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of Marseille. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away. Streetcar and metro at the bottom of the building. Ideal for 2 people.
Space
This 25 m2 apartment, on the 6th floor with elevator, offers a sunny terrace overlooking Marseille and the Ports. Bright and quiet, it features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace with a magnificent view of the Joliette district. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed. Ideally located close to shops and restaurants (50 m from Rue de la République), it offers every comfort for a pleasant stay in Marseille.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port (10 min walk), this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (tramway and bus 150 meters away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit Marseille's main museums on foot (Mucem is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Cantini Museum and the Palais du Pharo), and discover the city's colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. On the famous Rue de la République, close to our home, you'll find numerous restaurants (Splendido) and bars where you can have a good time, as well as a wide range of shops (Les Terrasses du Port shopping center, 5 min walk away) and boutiques (Monoprix, 50 m away).
