Our 120 m² apartment, located on Place aux Huiles on the 5th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building, offers a 180-degree view of Marseille's Old Port. Renovated in 2023, it benefits from exceptional light thanks to its triple exposure and large bay windows. Equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, air conditioning. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Balcony to soak up the sun. Pay parking 2 minutes' walk away. Close to restaurants and shops.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille on the Vieux-Port (1 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles and its many bars and restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away. The Cours Julien, with its dynamic nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
