Our 103 m² apartment on Avenue du Prado, on the 4th floor with elevator, offers triple exposure and unobstructed views. Air-conditioned and tastefully renovated, it's 1 min from the Périer metro station and 15 min from the Stade Vélodrome. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs and sofas, office area. Two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms with walk-in showers and toilets. Close to transport, Place Castellane and shops. Pay parking 5 minutes' walk away. All the comforts for a perfect stay.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
