Space
Our 55 m² apartment on the first floor of an old building in rue Lemaitre is bright and air-conditioned, ideal for working or relaxing. A quiet patio is within easy reach. Less than 5 min walk from the Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station, tramway and metro, and 10 min from the Old Port. Renovated in 2023 by an interior designer, it features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with sofa and dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds, storage space and a study area. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Ideal location close to public transport, Saint-Charles train station and the Longchamp district. Restaurants, shops and cafés nearby.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Old Port is less than 15 minutes away by streetcar. You can walk to museums (Mucem, Cantini), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. Boulevard Longchamp, with its vibrant nightlife and cultural scene, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
