Stay 200 meters from the beach in this 1-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment in a quiet alley in the Montredon district, 50 meters from the sea and a stone's throw from Pointe Rouge. The Parc des Calanques is nearby.
Space
Our 28 m² apartment, located on rue Saint-Roch on the 1st and top floor of a small, typical building in Montredon, is 200 meters from the beaches and at the gateway to the Calanques National Park. Absolutely quiet in summer and winter, with free street parking. Carefully renovated, it comprises a living area opening onto a new, fully-equipped kitchen, a small table for indoor or outdoor dining, a bedroom with double bed and storage space, and a single sofa-bed in the entrance hall. Air-conditioned, it offers all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay. Restaurants, shops and cafés nearby in Montredon and Pointe Rouge. No wifi.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
Neighborhood
Authentic and charming, the Montredon neighborhood nestles at the southern end of the Cité Phocéenne, between the Pointe Rouge and the calanques. Crossed by the Avenue de la Madrague de Montredon and its local shops, this residential area bordered by beaches and creeks has retained its character of an old fishing village.
Parc Pastré, at the foot of the Parc National des Calanques, is a popular green space for Marseillais, with its vast lawns, horse-riding center and double panorama of sea and hills. Strollers can admire the Château Pastré, an architectural beauty completed in 1862 to plans by architect Jean-Charles Danjoy. This Provençal bastide of stone and pink brick with rounded facades, once owned by a family of Marseilles notables, is a cornerstone of the local heritage.
Away from the town center, the Montredon district was also a major industrial hub in the 19th century. Today, its former glassworks, marble works and other factories are gradually being rehabilitated. The Friche de l'Escalette, a figurehead of Marseille's cultural revival, has for some years been home to an art center, including a sculpture and architecture park, and offers regular exhibitions and tours.
