Space
Our studio on Rue de la Paix Marcel Paul, on the 4th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building, offers a carefully appointed living space. The convertible sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable 2-seater bed. The bathroom features a shower, vanity unit and toilet. Office space is available for working, with the Palais de Justice nearby. A 5-minute walk from the metro, you can reach the Orange Vélodrome stadium, Mucem, the Prado beaches, Notre Dame de la Garde, the Catalans beach and the Corniche in 15 minutes. Enjoy local comfort and convenience, with restaurants, cafés and shops in the immediate vicinity.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus within 5 min. walk). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (the Catalans beach is a 15-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 1-minute walk from our accommodation, offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars for a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs (Lidl is just 50 meters away!).
