Stay in the heart of Marseille in this cosy, tastefully renovated 27 m2 studio, ideally located between the Old Port and Cours Julien (5 min walk). Shops, metro and tramway nearby.
Space
Our 27 sq.m. studio, located on rue de l'Académie on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a Marseille building, features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with dining table and sitting area. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with storage space. The bathroom features a shower, vanity unit and integrated toilet. Ideally located 4 min walk from the metro and 5 min from the Old Port and Cours Julien. Pay parking (Indigo Marseille Charles De Gaulle) is a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.
Available for long-term leases (1 to 10 months) between October and May, subject to eligibility.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille, in the popular Noailles district, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus less than 5 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. On the Cours Julien, just a 5-minute walk from our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as many shops for your shopping needs.
